The friendly staff made me feel welcome! and the room was spacious and well-equipped with kitchen amenities.

The cleanliness was questionable, and I noticed a musty smell in the hallways and dirt issues.

Kitchen allowed me to prepare meals easily.

I had a lovely experience at Extended Stay America Suites, Indianapolis, Northwest, College Park. The staff were so friendly and provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcome during my stay. I appreciated the spacious room, which allowed me to unwind comfortably.

the sheets weren't clean when we got there. but the room was spacious like a small one bedroom. nice kitchen with enough space for our family. and the TV worked great! !

Not the best stay

Checked in for 2 nights and faced some issues. it took forever to check in due to staff confusion and my keycard wouldn’t work half the time. On the bright side, the picnic area outside was chill for relaxing. The room was decent, but the musty smell wasn’t great. Wouldn't recommend if you value a smooth check-in experience.

The kitchen setup was fantastic, allowing for easy meal prep and saving money on dining out. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with persistent musty odors and a lack of adequate towels. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and disturbances from nearby rooms made it difficult to relax at times.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed visiting the National Collegiate Athletic Association Hall of Champions and hiking at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park. The spacious room was a bonus, perfect for chilling after our adventures. Highly recommend staying here for a fun group trip!

Facilities were lacking cleanliness. the shower had residue, and a side door wouldn’t close securely, leaving the area questionable in terms of safety. Comfort was a redeeming factor, as the bed linens were clean and the bed itself comfortable. On the plus side, the in-room kitchenette was a lifesaver, allowing for home-cooked meals and saving on food expenses, while the breakfast options offered cereals were convenient.
